Applesauce Raisin Pound Cake
1 package (18-1/4 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 cup raisins
In a bowl, combine dry cake mix, applesauce, water, oil, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in raisins. Pour into greased Bundt pan.
Bake at 350° for 38 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Serve with applesauce.
