Everything looks better in PURPLE
My doggie is black.
Because my doggie was such a good sport about allowing me to photograph him in mid pee, I allowed him to watch me work some paint magic on a tired jewelry box that I picked up at Goodwill for three bucks.
Don't let that bored look fool you. He was daydreaming about what color he wants his dish to be painted, hoping I would not make it too girly. There might have been a stray thought, or two of why I follow leash laws, and the neighbors don't, but that's a story for another day. Yep, my doggie was in the driveway, and not going anywhere without me. Just in case anyone is worried, I didn't spray close to where his lungs would be polluted with paint.
Then, wondering if anyone was watching, thinking it is bad enough she runs around her yard in Pillsbury Dough Boy pajama bottoms, but now she is becoming one with a dog. No, no, not in that way, you sickos. I was just flat on my stomach, capturing the doggie's view.
After a few coats of pretty purple spray paint on the box, and silver paint on the pulls, I had a pretty place for bits, and baubles...whatever that means. Now I can't stop repeating it aloud. Yikes!
Looking prettily purple in its new home.
